Health & safety
If you have any medical symptoms or health concern, contra indication which may prevent you from having a service(s) in our salon, please notify a member of staff before arriving to our salon for your service or as soon as we start your service. We are not liable for any allergy incurred if you fail to notify our member of staff of your medical condition.
For your safety & well-being, please read the following information prior to your arrival to our salon. For your own safety and well-being, we strongly discourage heavy consumption of alcohol before or after treatments You can either download an online client consultation form or upon arrival you will be asked to complete a Client Consultation Form & Disclaimer. By doing so you waiver your right to hold Tiffany's liable for any accident or injury that may occur during or after the services that you receive.
Your health information is requested for your own safety and well-being and is treated as confidential by Tiffany's at all times. Please be aware that massage, hot stone treatments and treatments associated with massage are sometimes not advisable for customers experiencing symptoms associated with cancer, heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, thrombosis, epilepsy, diabetes, pregnancy, allergies, back/neck/head injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, undiagnosed lumps/bumps/swellings or anyone undergoing treatment, taking medication or suffering from any medical condition.
If you do suffer from any of the above and would like to have a treatment, we will require a signed disclaimer from you prior to any treatment commencing. If on arrival any treatment is found to be unsuitable, the Spa staff will recommend where possible an alternative treatment subject to availability. If you are in any doubt as to your physical condition and suitability of our treatments, please check with your GP prior to your visit.
We welcome all well-behaved children. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or touching on our tools. Most tables and drawers contain sharp tools and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsupervised children.
All children have to be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. We are not liable for any injuries sustained.
Car park and personal belongings
You are solely responsible for your own personal belongings while in our salon. All car park is at owner’s risk.
Patch Test Required 48 hours prior to treatment date
For services such as LVL, HD Brows, Brows or Lash Tint, Spray Tan, it is legally required that patch test is performed 48 hours prior to your treatment date.
Refreshments are free for all customers upon arrival in our salon including tea, coffee, cold or hot water
Other drinks such as hot chocolate, fruit drinks, red or white wine, prosecco (optional) are only available with deluxe or luxury service
For £5-10 extra you can upgrade from professional services to our luxury services.
The benefits of luxury services include
- Enjoy extensive offers of drinks such as hot chocolate, coffee, fruit juices, and wine (optional)
- Enjoy complimentary fruit refreshments in your service (strawberries, grapes)
- Free of charge take off service (either Shellac/Gelish or nail polish colour take off only)
- Hot or warm towels/slippers or bathrobe provided for your service accordingly
- Enjoy complimentary hand/foot massage inclusive in your treatments accordingly
Take off Charge
All our service prices do not include Shellac/Gelish Take Off Service
Only Tiffany's customers will benefit from the free of charge take off service when having a new set of Shellac/Gelish Nails. Otherwise, a £5 - £10 charge for take - off service applies to all other clients.
Acrylic take off is charged £7-£10 even if you will have a new set on the same appointment due to the time spent on the service. However, Shellac/Gelish take off service for Shellac/Gelish returning clients booking for a new Shellac/Gelish set is free of charge.
We request that you provide at least 24 hour notice should you wish to cancel your appointment as the time is specifically allocated for you. Otherwise, you will be charged £10 for any cancellation made less than 24 hours.
For treatment required patch test, cancellation will incur £10 adminstration fee for product and time spent performing the patch test service unless you can rebook your treatment within the next six months then you patch test deposit can be carried forward to your future treatment credit.
For group booking, a cancellation notice requirement is 5 day in advance before your booked date otherwise your deposit will be not refunded. When group services are already booked for a specific number of people in a group booking, you can only change services of equivalent value or upgrade your service up to higher value of the original booking service. Downgrade and cancellation of pre-booked services in a group booking will incur full payment of the booked service being cancelled or downgraded.
Deposit for group booking are taken per person. If the specified number of group members failed to attend the booking without a cancellation notice 5 days prior to your booking date, the deposit of those failed to attend will not be refunded or neither will it be used to pay for the balance of the rest of the group booking.
Prepaid vouchers will become void if cancellation is made under 48 hour notice.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel any booking on the day due to unforeseen circumstances and we will refund your deposit or prepaid voucher amount in this case if an agreed reschedule of your appointment is not possible.
Any special offers should only be made available if prior agreement is explicitly in place before your arrival in our salon, bargains of our service prices is not acceptable in our salon and you will be refused your service at the discretion of our salon manager.
Please note all times in your treatments are approximate only and cannot be guaranteed (time allowance for treatments varies between clients depending on your nail condition, the length of your natural nails, your decision making on the colour etc).
Your appointment time does not include the time required for your colour selection and any take-off service on your nails (such as nail vanish colour take off or acrylic, gel nail take off)
Hand and Foot Massage are mainly available in our luxury service and may be complimentary for clients who pay for professional service during our off-peak times subject to availability and at the discretion of the salon director
We endeavor to finish all services & treatments on time, therefore as a courtesy to the next client late arrivals may deprive you of precious time with your therapist. For any late arrivals over 15 minutes you may be asked to rebook if the next clients’ booking is delayed due to your late arrival at the discretion of the salon manager.
£5- £10 deposit per person is required for first time customers at Tiffany's for time consuming treatments such as LVL Lash, Acrylic Sculpting Nails, Spa Pedicure, Body and Facial Massage, Lash Tint, HD Brows especially during peak time such as lunch time 12.00 pm or 5.30 pm, weekend or for group bookings of 2 people or more. Our therapist will usually tell you if a deposit is needed at the time of your booking. Deposit should be made at least 24 hour prior to your treatment date.
For group booking of more than 4 people, deposit needs to be received at least 5 days prior to your treatment day.
Only bookings with deposit are guaranteed to be served on time during busy days of our salon (Thursday, Friday and Saturday & Sunday ) due to the problem of appointment times not being adhered to by some clients.
Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, paypal or pay directly in cash at our salon.
Gift vouchers issued by Tiffany's are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Special offer vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Gift Vouchers are only redeemable against our services.
Duplicate gift vouchers cannot be issued if lost or stolen.
Expired gift vouchers will not be accepted by Tiffany's
All our salon prices both on our website or printed leaflets are subject to change at any given time. For printed prices on paper it is only correct at the time of printing. All updated prices should be checked at www.yourtiffanysalon.com
Tiffany's reserves the right to remove, block, de-activate or change our prices of e-Gift voucher or any other prices without notice.
We reserve the right to amend our vouchers and prices at any given time.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion
Tiffany's Loyalty Card: is only redeemable on services or treatments. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Only services from £20 or above will be eligible for a loyalty point/stamp
Get 10 stamps you will have a treatment for free up to the value of £29 we will let you know the services you will be eligible for your loyalty reward.
All discounts or special offers have to be agreed with Tiffany's management prior to treatment including first time offers. Only one discount can be applied per visit. With student discount, the discount can only be applicable to the student card holder on presentation of a valid student ID issued by your university/college.
Cash Refund For Our Treatment Is Not Available.
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honoured within one week of the service. We will not accept any refund request if you did not tell us the adjustments required on the same appointment or immediately the day after at the latest. If you go to another salon for your adjustments and request a refund from us, we will not be able to offer refunds on services performed due to the artistic nature of what we do. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
We always strive for the best quality in all of our treatments. However, due to client's varied nail condition and lifestyles, for your peace of mind, nail repair or any problem will be rectified free of charge if the problem occurs within the first week of your treatments providing that you follow our professional instruction of aftercare advice. You should inform Tiffany's salon immediately with a photo of the problem should lifting/chipping problems occur. You should not peel or change the original state of the problem so that our therapists can look into the real cause of the problem with an effort of repairing them. Failure to do so may result in our refusal to provide you our free of charge repair/maintenance service. You will be required to come back to our salon within the first 7 days for the free fix service. Having a new set on your next appointment or cash refund to replace the chipped nails is not accepted in all circumstances as our products and the therapist's time incurs in additional salon costs.
Please make sure you have read, understand and agreed to our service terms and conditions before proceeding with your treatment. By continuing to proceed with our services, you agree to our terms and conditions you set out.
We reserve the right to refuse Products & Services to anyone at our discretion if it feels the policies herein are being abused.
